Payroll Forms
You can now make changes to your tax forms and/or direct deposit form through Frontline Central.
Simply log into Classlink, open the "Employee Resources" folder, then click on Frontline, then click on Central.
On the Frontline Central homepage, you will see "Self-Service Forms". Click the start button next to the form you want to make changes to and upon submission, our payroll department will be notified via email. You will also be notified via email when the form is either approved or needs your attention.
