Kirkwood School District offers full-time employees a comprehensive benefit package that includes Medical, Dental, Vision and Life Insurance coverage and EAP services. Coverage for dependents can also be elected.
Voluntary options include additional life insurance, voluntary long term disability, accident, critical illness and hospital indemnity plans.
Retirement options include mandatory enrollment in either PSRS or PEERS, for those that meet the eligibility requirements and voluntary enrollment and contributions to 403b and 457b plans.

2025 Vision Benefits - EyeMed - Insight Network
EyeMed will send insurance cards upon new enrollment, but your provider can also confirm your enrollment (after 1/1/25) if you let them know that you have EyeMed.
Rx'n Go
The Rx 'N Go mail order prescription program has expanded to include insulin and specialty medications.
To check to see if your prescription is included, visit their website. Enter Kirkwood School District as your employer and your plan HDHP/HSA or PPO (Traditional).

Starting in 2025, the Accident, Critical Illness and Hospital plans (all voluntary) will be with NY Life.
