At the regularly scheduled Kirkwood School District Board of Education meeting on Monday, June 27, the BOE approved the recommendation of the appointment of Jordan Sabotic as the next girls head soccer coach at Kirkwood High School. Sabotic will succeed Coach Phil Cotta, who recently resigned to spend more time with family.  Coach Cotta will remain as a teacher at Kirkwood High School.

"We are excited to announce that Jordan will be leading our girls’ soccer program into the future.  She has been an integral part of our girl’s program for several years and we look forward to her leading our girl’s program in the future.   She has created tremendous relationships with the female athletes in our program and we look forward to her enhancing those relationships as the head coach in the future.”
