Broadway Star Nicholas Rodriguez Inspires Kirkwood High School Choir Students with Exclusive Visit

Kirkwood High School choir students had a special visit from award-winning Broadway and MUNY star Nicholas Rodriguez on Friday, November 10. Rodriguez made his Broadway debut as Tarzan in Disney’s production of Tarzan. He generously shared his expertise and insights with the school's choir classes. During his visit, Rodriguez engaged with the students in an interactive session, offering tips and advice on how to navigate the audition process for ensembles, plays, and musicals. His extensive performing accolades made for an inspiring and educational experience for the Kirkwood High School choir students. His insights into the auditioning process and the challenges faced by aspiring artists resonated with the students, leaving a lasting impact on their artistic journeys.

 

Kirkwood High School Choir Director Andrew Gibb-Clark expressed gratitude for Rodriguez's visit. "Having someone of Nicholas Rodriguez's caliber share his knowledge and experiences with our students is an incredible opportunity,” said Gibb-Clark. “His passion for the arts and supporting student performers is truly inspiring."
