You must register to vote by March 10 to vote in the April 6 election - LINK
The state of Missouri allows for absentee voting if you are:
- Absent from St. Louis County on Election Day;
- Incapacitated or confined due to sickness or disability, including caring for a person who is incapacitated or confined due to sickness or disability;
- Restricted by religious belief or practice;
- Employed as an election authority;
- Incarcerated, although all necessary qualifications for voting have been retained;
- A member of the U.S. armed forces in active service, or dependent, or spouse;
- A civilian employee of the U.S. government working outside the United States;
- A registered voter in the state of Missouri, and has moved to St. Louis County after the 4th Wednesday prior to an election;
- A former resident of Missouri and is authorized to vote for federal offices by federal law;
- A participant in the Missouri Safe at Home program (under sections 589.660 to 589.681.)

If you are unable to obtain a copy of the ballot application, you may submit a written request. The written request should contain the following information:
1. Name of voter requesting an absentee ballot
2. Birthdate and last 4 digits of social security number
3. St. Louis County residence address
4. Address where ballot is to be mailed (if different from residential address)
5. Reason for voting absentee
6. Election for you which are requesting an absentee ballot
7. Political party preference (this applies to primary elections only)
8. Signature of the voter
9. Signature of person applying for a ballot and their relationship to the voter
10. Provide a copy of an acceptable form of identification with your written requestA written request may be sent to our office by email, fax, mail or dropped off at our office:
