Dr. Robert Ricker

  • Dear Westchester Community,

On behalf of the entire Westchester staff, I welcome you to the 2022-2023 school year!

Westchester is privileged to have a caring community of parents, teachers, and staff who work together as a family to help our children realize success.  The foundation to our success starts with close ties and open communication between school and home.  Whatever we do as teachers to guide, shape, motivate, and educate children can only supplement the loving commitment, interest, and instruction you provide at home.

Last year we constructed two new classrooms during the school year. Now, beginning in the fall, we will start the second phase of construction, which includes eight additional classrooms, new nurse's clinic, library, and an expanded cafeteria. The year is shaping up to be full of growth and expansion.

This school year promises to be better than the last as we continuously strive to provide a for the academic, social and emotional growth of each one of our students at Westchester Elementary.  In collaboration with parents and community members, we will prepare students for the challenges of being a productive citizen.

    Respectfully,

    Dr. Robert Ricker

    Principal
