Annual Update

The annual update for the 26-27 school year will be available in April. All returning K-12 families are required to complete the annual update. 

Make sure you have pop-ups enabled in your browser before you begin. The annual update cannot be completed if you have pop-ups blocked for your browser.

Important:

  • We've embedded the technology agreement to make sure our students have the updated technology tools to start the 2026-2027 school year successfully.
  • All families with students in grades 3-12 will receive an invoice  for the device protection plan via MySchoolBucks at the beginning of August, where payment can be made securely.  Payment must be completed by the last Friday in September. Families who opt out or do not pay by this date will be responsible for the full fines for any incidents.
  • Have a child attending summer school? Students will not be able to pick up their devices for summer school until their Annual Update is complete.

Annual Update Instructions:

  • It is recommended to complete the process using a desktop, laptop, or tablet. 

  • If you do not have access to the appropriate technology to complete the annual update, please contact the school building directly.

  • If you are needing assistance logging into your parent portal account, please fill out the Infinite Campus Account Assistance form

  • Make sure you have pop-ups enabled in your browser before beginning the annual update.

Step 1: Gather the information listed below before you begin the annual update. 

  • Updated emergency contact information 
  • Updated immunization/health records 

  • If applicable: Updated proof of residency 

Did you move recently? 

If your address has changed, then you are required to provide new Proof of Residency. Under Missouri school law (RSMo 167.151), a student must live within a school district in order to attend that district’s public schools without charge. “The term residency shall mean that a person both physically resides within a school district and is domiciled within that district. The domicile of a minor child shall be the domicile of a parent or court-appointed legal guardian." Please contact Student Services with your new address information and required documentation. 

One document must be provided from both List A and List B.

List A (Must Submit 1)

  • Deed/Closing Statement

  • Mortgage Statement dated within 30 days of the date of submission

  • Unexpired lease/rental agreement signed by landlord and tenant and includes the address, apartment number and date of rental

List B (Must Submit 1)

  • Occupancy permit from City Hall - Parent/Guardian must be the primary applicant

  • Utility bill (gas/electric/water/sewer) - dated within 30 days of the date of submission for verification and including the name, service and mailing address.

  • Real estate tax receipt dated within 1 year of the date of submission

  • Personal property tax receipt dated within 1 year of the date of submission

  • Declaration of Homeowners Insurance

 

Step 2: Begin the annual update by logging into the Infinite Campus Portal. On the menu option on the left, choose More, then Online Registration to complete the Annual Update.
