We meet with the vendor during the summer to discuss items and set up the online store. We print and hand out fliers to people on orientation day. We usually bring several samples and set up a booth on orientation day so that kids can see some of the items in person or potentially try on for size. We usually work with Melissa in the office to send out reminder emails with the link to purchase. Store is only open for about 10-14 days. It arrives presorted and Dr. Liberton usually asks the student council kids to hand it out at lunch. Then we deal with any missing items or issues via email as well as coordinating with our rep to make corrections.
