Your 2018-19 Board Members

  • President: Kari Baker, khsppopres1@gmail.com, My name is Kari Baker, your current PPO President.  My husband is David.  We have 4 Kirkwood Pioneers that started at North Glendale, through the halls of Nipher, and onto KHS.  Our daughter, Gabrielle, graduated in 2017 and currently attends Southeast Missouri State, pursuing a degree in Elementary Education.  Our son, Christian, is a senior.  He runs Cross Country & Track, performs in the KHS band and is a photog for The Kirkwood Call.  Our son, Sebastian, is a freshman this year, also a CC & Track runner and a KHS band percussionist.  Our youngest, Josie, is in 7th grade at Nipher and looks forward to her time in the band, carrying on the CC family tradition and playing soccer at KHS. We love our Kirkwood schools!

    Vice-President: Wendy Moffat, khsppovp1@gmail.com, I am excited to be serving on the KHS PPO as your Vice-President.  I am actually a graduate from Southwestern High School in Piasa, Illinois. My school was nicknamed 'Cornfield High' since it was literally in the middle of farm fields and my mascot was the Piasa Bird. I married Jeff Moffat in 1997 and we have three kids. Lucas graduated from KHS in 2017, Haley is a Junior and a Varsity Cheerleader and wanting to be a Geologist, and Skylar is in 7th grade at Nipher Middle School pitching on the KHS Feeder softball team. 

    Treasurer: Jennifer Glasgow, I am the PPO Treasurer. I’m married to Sean, and we have three Kirkwood Pioneers. Doug is a senior marching sousaphone player, Megan is a freshman volleyball player, and Kaitlyn is a sixth grader at Nipher who swims for Parkway. I also work at Nipher in the front office!

    Secretary: Rebecca Schene, I am thrilled to be serving as the KHS PPO Secretary this year.  I am a 1990 KHS graduate and married Steve Schene, a 1989 KHS graduate. Steve has been teaching Drama at North Kirkwood Middle School since 1998. Our daughter, Lucy, is a freshman.

    Communications: Anne Skelton, I come from a long line of Kirkwoodians. My grandmother graduated from Kirkwood High School in 1919, my father in 1954, and me - 1983. I am married to a Webster Groves High School 1976 Grad.  My oldest daughter graduated from KHS in 2010 and is marrying a 2010 grad as well.  My middle daughter was 2015 and my youngest is a senior this year.
