The Family Support Network offers free weekly, in-home family counseling for families who have behavioral challenges with their children.
Families are referred by professional sources or may make self-referrals
Participation in the program is voluntary
Families receive an average of six to nine months of counseling from a Master’s level therapist at no cost to them
Weekly in-home counseling services provide parenting skill-building and support, enhanced family communication, help with difficult child behaviors, positive discipline techniques, stress and anger management skill-building, help with connecting to area resources
Family must live in St. Louis City, St. Louis County or St. Charles County
Have a child with behavior challenges who is age birth through 13 in the home
Not have an open, substantiated case with Missouri Children’s Division
