    This is a workshop series (2 Saturday mornings) for specific understanding of your child's behavior and tools to shape behavior.  Parents can share how they have used their new skills to understand mistaken behavior as well as share strategies that created positive change.  The class is focused on early childhood but the technique can be used for around 2 years and older.

    FREE ADMISSION TO "Wonder Works" and "For Baby and Me", courtesy of The Magic House, for PAT children and caregiver.  (The rest of the Magic House will not be open)  Enter through the doors to the Emerson Education Center.  Look for the "Group Entrance" sign outside.  Please check in with the parent educator at the Emerson Education Center Entrance of the Magic House on the morning of the event.

Breastfeeding: Getting Things Off to a Good Start with La Leche League St. Louis

    Date: Tuesday, December 11 from 6:30-7:30 pm
    Location: Kirkwood Public Library Meeting Room

    Presentation and discussion for parents and parents-to-be regarding breastfeeding. The informational talk will cover things like normal infant behavior and hunger cues, frequency and duration of feedings,  breast milk storage guidelines, and more. Mothers can come for advice, troubleshooting, encouragement, and resources.

    Program presented by St. Louis La Leche League.
    La Leche League is an international, non-profit, nonsectarian organization dedicated to providing support, encouragement, information, and education to women who want to breastfeed.
