Hi, Nipher Families! In these challenging times, parents and caregivers need support in navigating difficult conversations. More than ever, girls need tools and strategies that strengthen their emotional and physical health. Through Heart & Sole, 6th-8th grade girls work together as a team to explore valuable lessons such as:

    · The importance of expressing their emotions and understanding their worth

    · Standing up for themselves and others

    · Building confidence and resiliency

This season, Girls on the Run has adjusted their program to create more innovative and inspiring ways to stay connected. As we navigate uncharted waters related to the COVID-19 pandemic, there is one thing you can count on: Girls on the Run is here for her! By signing her up for our team, you are giving her the opportunity to connect, grow and flourish.

Over the 8-week long program, your girl will meet with her peers (in-person and/or virtually!) 2 times a week to review our research-based lessons that incorporate physical activity in a fun and engaging way. She will connect with girls, build healthy habits and stay physically active! To ensure the safety of girls and coaches, the curriculum has been modified to include physical distancing precautions and the ability to seamlessly transition to virtual programming should the need arise.

Girls on the Run St. Louis is committed to ensuring access to the program and has sibling discounts, payment plans, and scholarships available for all participants and easily accessed on the online registration form.
