Vision Statement
Westchester Elementary School is a diverse learning community that promotes the social, emotional, and academic growth of all by fostering high expectations and effective communication.
School Improvement Goals
Goal 1: Each of our students will achieve at the proficient level or higher on the MAP & Terra Nova tests in Communication Arts & Mathematics. We will close the achievement gap.
Goal 2: Communication opportunities will be created to foster professional collaboration and shared decision-making.
Goal 3: Stakeholders (students, staff, and parents) will demonstrate an increased commitment to the learning community by establishing high expectations for all members.
