Where am I?
Mission
The mission of the Sista Girl Club is to:
- Develop a sense of self-worth, responsibility, ethics, and integrity through character education themes and literature.
- Give girls constructive ways in which to live.
- Promote and nurture reading and writing, as well as analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Develop goal setting.
- Develop positive relationships with peers and adults.
- Help girls reach their academic potential.
- Develop understanding of their culture and and a strong sense of identity through developmentally appropriate literature.
