Sites for Students
Special School District and Kirkwood School District are Partners in Education. Our mission is to provide a wide variety of individualized educational and support services, designed to ensure the student’s successful participation in general education and contribution to our Kirkwood community. The special educational services provided are determined through an Individualized Education Program (IEP) process. Furthermore, the educational needs of all children are anticipated, accommodated and met successfully by providing a continuum of special education services.
