School Reach
SCHOOL REACH
There will be times throughout the school year when you will receive automated reminders about school events. This is done through the School Reach system. In order to allow the system to work optimally in your home, please review the following:
- Set your answering machine to pick up in 4 rings or less.
- Answer with a “hello” response as the system is designed to begin immediately after hearing this.
Additional notes on school reach:
- No answers and busies will be automatically retried in 15 minute intervals after the initial call.
- At the end of the message, you can press one to hear the message again.
- The system is designed to display the school number (213-6180) on caller ID.
- Calls will be sent out for attendance reasons and reminders about upcoming events
