Summer School
Nipher offers a six week Extended School Year program during June and July. The program is for sixth, seventh, and eighth grade students in the areas of reading, mathematics, and commuication arts.
The purpose of the program is to provide students who have not yet met academic expectations at their grade level with additional class time during the summer in order to strengthen skills and/or continue working to attain a passing grade.
In addition, we offer a summer math program designed to help students entering algebra in the eighth grade. Our Algebra Jump Start is designed to provide pre-teaching of Algebra concepts and solidify the student's understanding of math concepts.
