Credit recovery courses are designed for students who fail a core class (Social Studies, Math, English, & Science) and must retake the class to meet a graduation requirement. Courses run 4 hours in length and last 12 days. Students can take one course for a ½ credit or two courses for 1 credit. Session one starts the first week of June and session two begins around the last week of June. Bus service is available for students eligible for transportation.
Credit enhancement – Students do not have to fail a course to take a credit enhancement class. Health, Personal Finance, and Lifetime Fitness are the credit enhancement courses offered. Priority is given to senior students who need the course for graduation. Each course runs about 3 hours and last 24 days. There is a class that begins around 7:30 AM and a 2nd class that starts around 10:00 AM. Classes begin the first week of June. Students can take one course for ½ credit or two courses for 1 credit. Bus service is not available.
