username and log-in you created second semester of your junior
year. If you do not remember your log-in, you must contact your
college counselor or Mrs. Wachter in the Guidance Activity Center
   for this information.

2.    Click on the “Colleges” tab at the top of the page.

3.    On the left hand side of the page, click “Transcripts

4.    You will then have the option to “Request transcripts for my college applications.” By clicking on this link, you will be able to look up the colleges to which you are applying. You will also need to indicate here whether you would like your ACT and/or SAT scores to be forwarded to each of your schools. Please note that some universities require that standardized test scores come directly from SAT or ACT. Therefore, it is important that you review each school’s requirements!!

5.    Once you have completed this page, we will receive your request and will forward your current transcript, senior class schedule, and complete standardized test record (if applicable) to each of your institutions. Since we will be submitting test score cards electronically as well, you will not have the opportunity to pick and choose specific standardized test scores. Instead, we are able to send all of your scores or none of your scores.

Please Note: If any of your schools require letters of recommendation, must first request these letters of your teacher(s) and/or college counselor. The following forms can be used for this purpose:

Teacher Recommendation Request Form (doc, 25KB)

Counselor Recommendation Request Form/ Questionnaire (doc, 26KB)

You must also complete/ submit the Letter of Recommendation Release Form (doc, 28KB). If you do not complete and submit this form, letters will not be submitted and your file will remain incomplete at your schools of choice.

Finally, we want to give parents the opportunity to provide additional input that may help us as we develop letter of recommendations for students. Please complete and return the "Parent Brag Sheet (doc, 27KB)" to your student's college counselor if you would like to share any insight!
