Playground & Learning Path
In partnership with the Keysor PTO, we have committed to the development of a new playground and learning path on the Keysor campus. We believe our playground and path will meet the varied interests and needs of children at Keysor and in our community.
Our new playground will not be a recess-only experience. Designs will incorporate Gardner's multiple intelligences (see below), an appreciation for the needs of children with varied physical abilities, and plants and rocks native to our area.
Our goal is to design and build a playground and learning path that will be enjoyed by all Keysor Kids and those in our neighborhood/community. It will to reflect Kirkwood's comprehensive K-5 curriculum and - perhaps most importantly, reflect our commitment to diversity, inclusiveness, understanding, and respect.
