In order to accomplish this, Keysor will: provide quality instruction that effectively meets the needs of diverse learners and reflects current knowledge of best teaching, learning, and assessment practices; build positive, trusting relationships among all members of the Keysor community; engage students, families, and staff in the educational process; establish a safe, caring, and supportive community where respect, responsibility, kindness, and honesty are consistently valued and practiced; and foster on-going growth through reflection, risk-taking, and goal-setting.
Our Values & Beliefs

-Learning is an active process that requires opportunities for investigation and exploration.
-All students and teachers have the right to work in a safe, caring, and supportive environment with people who promote risk taking and the expression of ideas.
-Academic/intellectual growth is an ongoing process that requires high expectations, reflection, and goal setting.
-Assessment must be ongoing and meaningful to children, families, and teachers.
-The Keysor community is committed to respect, responsibility, kindness, and honesty.
-Diversity of individuals and ideas is respected and celebrated.
-It is critical that we build caring relationships among all members of the Keysor community and that we engage students, families, and staff in the educational process.
