The art curriculum at Tillman strives to create learners who value art and creativity, both today and in the future. Lessons are designed to teach about past artists and cultures while still allowing children the freedom to express themselves. Many of the lessons make connections to the classroom curriculum to deepen understanding through an interdisciplinary approach to learning. Furthermore, each grade level experiences a wide variety of media and technique in their artistic journey.
