KOPA MUSIC ENRICHMENT SCHOLARSHIPS
KOPA encourages participation in programs that significantly reinforce a student’s interest and growth in performance. The resulting enthusiasm tends to carry over and enhance the overall quality of the Kirkwood Orchestra program.
Who is eligible?
Scholarships will be awarded to students in grades 4th through 12th currently enrolled in the Kirkwood string orchestra program to assist them in attending programs of their choice during the academic year. One scholarship per academic year per child will be given.
What scholarship amounts are awarded?
The amount of the scholarship will depend on the number of applicants and availability of KOPA funds. Need-based scholarships are encouraged. The awards will be paid directly to the program on behalf of the recipient. The priority deadline for summer programs is May 1st.
