Welcome to the Duck Room!
My name is Melinda Heaton and I am the lead teacher. There are also two educators, Mrs. Anne and Miss Jen, as well as several therapists. Meet us on the Duck Room Staff page!
Each week your child will be introduced to a new theme with lessons centered around this theme and numerous texts to reinforce content. Engaging, hands-on activities will be used to address the areas of Science, Math, Literacy, World Knowledge, Music, and Movement each day. To learn more, be sure to view the Curriculum page.
Throughout the year you will be able to view pictures of our learning experiences, lesson plans, home activities and weekly notes.
