Welcome! You are about to embark upon the exciting adventure of creating tessellations and checking out some works by MC Escher. Good luck:0)

Task #1: Learn about Tessellations

a)  What is a tessellation?

b)  What shapes can be used to make a regular tessellation?

c)  What are the properties of a semi-regular tessellation?

d)  What is a irregular tessellation? 

Task #2: Create a regular tessellation

a) Go to the tessellation site linked above.

b) Play around the virtual tessellation sites and create a regular tessellation

c) Create and save your tessellation as a file if you wish

d) Show Miss G when you have completed this task

Task #3: Create a semi regular tessellation here

a) Go to the tessellation site linked about and play around the virtual tessellation sites and create either a semi or demi-regular tessellations. (Semi and demi-regular tessellations use 2 or more regular polygons. Examples can be found here!

b) Create and save your tessellation as a file if you wish
