Photoshop Techniques
Learning Objective: In Level 2, you will be learning to use Photoshop for its painting techniques, advanced texture effects, and build upon your level of knowledge from Level 1 class.
Assignment #1 PAINTING TECHNIQUES: Recreate one of your multiple shape drawing using Photoshop's painting brushes, filter effects, and layers.
Assignment #2 PHOTOSHOP TECHNIQUES: Choose a lesson from our text book and apply the new skills in a layout for your portfolio.
Assignment #3 PHOTOSHOP TECHNIQUES: Paper-Rock-Scissors! Remember all the links on www.ikeepbookmarks.com/Kirkwood_Art and on the internet in general. Think TEXTURE! Create 3 of your own textures and apply them in a layout for your portfolio. Be creative how you can combine your textures using the principles of art.
Assignment #4 PHOTOSHOP TECHNIQUES: Lesson of choice! Remember all the links on www.ikeepbookmarks.com/Kirkwood_Art and on the internet in general. Choose a skill you would like to work on and apply the new skills in a layout for your portfolio.
Assignment #5 PHOTOSHOP TECHNIQUES: Working with Paths. Paths are vector lines and strokes that you can alter, curve and fill with color. Follow the links below to work with a variety of path techniques.

- Part 3: Draw your own shapes or place paths within a picture.
