Where am I?

Creative Process

LEARNING GOAL: To be a creative person, you have to practice thinking like a creative person. You will investigate the creative process by exploring the artist William Wegman and his work. What was creative about Wegman's art? After observing the conceptual art of Wegman, you will respond to your experience in a creative format. Afterwards, you should be able to discuss how you were creative in today's activity.

GROUP ACTIVITY: Each group is given a photograph by William Wegman. You and your group should be inspired by the visual picture and tell a story. Be creative! Give your dog(s) a name, and create a visual story for us to understand how the dog ended up in the pose in your photograph. Post your story and responses online for others to view.
